The Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council, together with the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council, invites applications for its synthetic biology China partnering award.
This supports the UK component of a partnering award in synthetic biology with the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The call focuses on four main areas: development of tools and strategies for synthetic biology, the use of synthetic biology to produce high-value chemicals and products, the use of synthetic biology to produce biofuels and bulk chemicals, and the use of synthetic biology for pollution control and bioremediation.
