BIS seeks evidence to inform triennial review of research councils

The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills is calling for responses on the role of the research councils as part of the triennial review of their work. Questions posed in a BIS consultation include how closely the councils’ research objectives “are and should be” aligned with those of the government and whether it is appropriate to have seven different research councils. Submissions are due by 28 February.
