London dominates UK’s Framework funding

Researchers in London win more than twice as much funding from Framework 7 for R&D as those in Scotland, and more than 10 times those in Wales.

The data—which also show that London researchers win more funding than those in the north-east, north-west, and midlands regions of England combined—were released in a House of Lords debate on 13 February.
