Nesta calls for research into ‘prognostic models’

Innovation charity Nesta has urged academics, research funders, and the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence to develop and test predictive algorithms, called prognostic models, for use in healthcare.

This call was made in a report, published by Nesta and think tank the Young Foundation, which looks at how shared knowledge might be used in future healthcare.
