RCUK pressed yet again for clarity on open-access embargoes

The House of Lords Science and Technology Committee has called on Research Councils UK to simplify its guidance on open-access embargo periods for a second time.

In a letter sent on 20 March, John Krebs, the committee’s crossbench chairman, also tells RCUK that it should clarify what action it will take after reviewing its open-access policy in 2014.
