Nearly half of research support staff have seen bullying at work

Survey reveals 44 per cent have witnessed or experienced bullying, harassment or discrimination

Almost half of research support staff have witnessed or experienced bullying, harassment or discrimination at their workplace, a report has suggested.

According to a survey on research culture conducted by the Association of Research Managers and Administrators in September 2020 and published on 22 March, 44 per cent reported that such behaviour had taken place at their current organisation.
