The Leverhulme Trust has confirmed a £1.5 million, three-year grant to support a British Academy scheme awarding small research grants for the humanities and social sciences.
The scheme, which has recently suffered a reduction in funding, provides maximum grants of £10,000 over two years for collaborative or individual projects.
“The Trust welcomes this opportunity to add to its portfolio of research support by offering this new funding to support new scholarship and research in the Humanities and Social Sciences,” said Gordon Marshall, the director of the Leverhulme Trust.
