The Association of Medical Research Charities has launched a joint response with organisations including the Wellcome Trust and Cancer Research UK to proposals on how the NHS Commissioning Board can best deliver research and innovation.
The statement is a response to a draft mandate for the commissioning board, published by the Department of Health in July. The consultation on the mandate closed on 26 September.
