Bioethics council seeks user views

The Nuffield Council on Bioethics has opened a consultation to gather feedback on its performance from users and contributors before its existing funding arrangements come to an end.

Since 1994, the council has been funded jointly by the Nuffield Foundation, the Wellcome Trust, and the Medical Research Council. The most recent funding agreement began in 2012 and ends in 2016.

In a short statement the council said that it was asking both people and organisations for their “perceptions of [the council’s] work and views on what [its] future priorities should be”.
