Royal Institution appoints three board members

An engineer and two financiers have been appointed to the board of the Royal Institution.

Christofer Toumazou of Imperial College London is a pioneer of silicon technology and integrated circuit design. As London’s first Regius professor of engineering, his invention of semiconductor-based genetic testing has won him several distinguished awards across Europe.

Toumazou is joined by investment banker John Krumins and financial officer Simon Godwin.
