The mental health charity MQ and Swansea University have jointly launched an online database to support research into young people’s mental health.
The MQ Adolescent Data Platform for Mental Health Research will include administrative health, social and education, and psychological and clinical data related to the mental health of 10 to 24-year-olds—billions of items in total. It will also include information from research studies.
It will be hosted at Swansea University Medical School’s SAIL Databank, which hosts health and population datasets for use by researchers.
