Outstanding academics and philanthropists will be recognised by the Alan Turing Institute.
The institute aims to appoint a small number of fellows each year. Some will be awarded five-year fellowships. Life fellowship is also possible, the institute announced on 31 August.
The honorary fellows will gain access to the institute’s space, with the ability to host visitors, attend institute activities and use a Turing email account. Details of the honorary fellows and their contribution to the institute will also be displayed online.
