The Nuffield Foundation has opened its first call from a £12.5-million initiative supporting research into musculoskeletal conditions.
The call from a 10-year initiative on musculoskeletal disease funded by the foundation’s Oliver Bird Fund was announced on 14 December and seeks applications to three programmes.
The first programme is aimed at research that analyses existing national-level data on the biological, social and economic determinants and outcomes of these conditions.
