Annual pairing scheme will see almost 30 scientists matched with parliamentarians and civil servants

The Royal Society has announced the latest awardees of its pairing scheme—where scientists are partnered with politicians and civil servants.

Politicians participating this year include agriculture minister Victoria Prentis, who will be paired with physicist Peter Hatfield from the University of Oxford, the learned society announced on 8 March.
