Learned society takes part in wider trial of working fewer hours for same pay

Staff at the Royal Society of Biology will be able to take part in shorter working weeks as part of a new study exploring the impact on productivity.

Participating staff members will compress their typical 35-hour, five-day weeks into 32 hours across four days, the learned society has said.
