3D printers first to join STFC incubator

The Science and Technology Facilities Council has announced that Croft Additive Manufacturing will be the first company to join its Business Incubation Centre.

The centre is a collaboration between the STFC and Cern, the European particle physics centre in Geneva. It is based at the Daresbury science and technology campus.

The package for 3D-printing firm Croft includes £40,000 of funding for use on intellectual property protection and market studies, among other things.
