Latest Biomedical Catalyst winners named

Innovate UK and the Medical Research Council have announced the winners of rounds five and six of Biomedical Catalyst funding.

More than £30 million has been split between 29 winning projects.

The University of Oxford is the lead recipient of two of the fifth-round awards: one to take a vaccine against meningococcal disease to phase I trials and one to develop a gene therapy for Huntington’s disease.
