The UK government is seeking to attract overseas investment into two science parks under development in Edinburgh and Sussex.
On 17 October, the Department for International Trade unveiled a portfolio of seven projects that it seeks international investor support for.
The list includes the expansion of the Edinburgh BioQuarter, a bio and life sciences park intended to make the Scottish capital a “leading hub” for stem cell research; and the construction of Hickstead Science and Technology Park in Burgess Hill, Sussex.
