Property partnership to overhaul life science hubs

The owner of seven biotechnology science parks is gearing up for a major expansion over the next 10 years, it has announced.

Manchester property developer Bruntwood and financial company Legal & General Capital said on 5 October that they were establishing a joint venture called Bruntwood SciTech. The partnership would create “the UK’s largest property platform dedicated to driving science and technology growth in regional cities”, they said.
