Tool should allow researchers to access up-to-date information about ongoing research and cut unnecessary duplication
The National Institute for Health Research has announced a new free database of global clinical trials, based at its Innovation Observatory at Newcastle University.
The health research funder’s ScanMedicine resource draws on 11 major clinical trial databases across the globe, and pulls in information on medical devices, diagnostics and digital apps from the US Food and Drug Administration database.
