Pharma pledges to work with universities to plug skills gap

Initiative follows analysis revealing persistent shortages in key digital skills among graduates

Leading voices in the pharmaceutical industry have published a series of pledges to increase their support for universities to boost digital skills, amid concerns of a growing gap in talent.

A report published by the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) on 27 January outlines the skills and training conditions it says are needed for the future success of UK life sciences.
