Geospatial Commission seeks input on “opportunities and barriers for the use of location data”

The UK’s expert committee on geospatial strategy and location data has called for evidence to inform the government’s aims to “accelerate the UK’s use of location data”.

The Geospatial Commission wants to use the evidence to “refresh” its 2020 five-year strategy on “unlocking the value of location data and technology in the UK” in order to “remain relevant and focused in its priorities”.
