UKSA and Dstl agree to pool expertise to “widen adoption of technologies”

The UK Space Agency has agreed to work more closely with the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory, Dstl, to explore dual-use applications in the defence and civil sectors.

The agreement, announced on 4 August, followed a recent visit by UKSA’s chief executive Paul Bate to Dstl’s facilities in Portsdown West, where he discussed mutual areas of collaboration with the government laboratory’s chief executive, Paul Hollinshead.
