British Science Association calls for “appropriate regulation and processes” to harness its potential

R&I stakeholders will need to work more closely together to improve the use of artificial intelligence in science, which promises to “transform” research, according to sector leaders.

“Artificial intelligence (AI) offers enormous potential to transform and accelerate scientific research,” a report from the British Science Association charity and research laboratory Google DeepMind has found.
