UK Health Security Agency’s 10-year strategy warns “fight is not over yet” against infectious disease

The UK’s health protection agency has pledged to “secure the legacy” from the Covid-19 pandemic in its plan for the next 10 years.

In its science strategy for the years 2023 to 2033, published on 16 May, the UK Health Security Agency said its experience during the pandemic “demonstrates the enormous potential” for science to protect public health.
