New money will help property firm develop several major science facilities around the UK
A science and technology property firm has secured a £480m loan package to develop and refurbish R&D facilities at several major developments in the UK.
Bruntwood SciTech, which develops science facilities and is also a property platform, will use part of the loan facility to create an office scheme in Manchester’s innovation district, No 3 Circle Square.
