Journal combines energy and social research

Elsevier has launched a journal to cover the social dimensions of the global energy system.

Benjamin Sovacool, director of the Danish Center for Energy Technologies at Aarhus University in Denmark and a professor of law at Vermont Law School, is the editor-in-chief.

Other researchers on the editorial board include Sheila Jasanoff, professor of science and technology studies at Harvard University; David Victor, professor of law at the University of California, San Diego; Kathryn Janda, a senior researcher at the University of Oxford and the UK Energy Research Centre; and Robert Falkner, a professor in international relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
