Martin McQuillan has joined *Research as editor of HE, the company’s online publication on higher education policy.
McQuillan, who was previously deputy vice-chancellor of research, business and innovation at Kingston University, took up the role on 29 August.
McQuillan succeeds Alison Goddard, who after five years at the helm of HE, is moving to be European bureau chief at Nature.
