National deal gives universities access to UK’s second-largest fully open-access publisher
A deal between the UK’s higher education IT agency Jisc and the country’s second largest publisher of fully open-access research will make it easier for researchers to make their work openly available.
The “landmark deal” with Frontiers will provide a “simplified and streamlined route” to open-access publishing for 180 institutions in the UK, Jisc announced on 26 November.
