Deal with Rockefeller University Press is latest transitional deal for UK institutions
The higher education IT firm Jisc has signed another transitional deal to push open access, its first with a US publisher.
A two-year ‘read-and-publish’ pilot agreement starting in March this year will see all UK institutions that opt in able to access the content of Rockefeller University Press’s three hybrid journals: the Journal of Cell Biology, Journal of Experimental Medicine and Journal of General Physiology.
