Big Innovation Centre working on ‘Switzerland’ for data

The Big Innovation Centre is working on a pilot project with the Intellectual Property Office which will see businesses openly sharing data to see how such a system could work.

In what director Birgitte Andersen described as a ‘Switzerland’ for data, companies in the test bed project will share their information with a view to identifying the sort of regulation might be needed to foster an environment of open innovation.
