Commons engineering skills inquiry to hear from learned societies

Bill Mitchell, the director of the British Computing Society Academy of Computing, is to give evidence to the House of Commons Science and Technology Committee’s inquiry into engineering skills on 21 November.

Mitchell will be joined by Matthew Harrison, director of education at the Royal Academy of Engineering, and Nigel Fine, chief executive of the Institution of Engineering and Technology.
