Thalidomide health grant debated in Commons

MPs called on the government to continue the health grant for those affected by the drug thalidomide in a House of Commons debate on 5 September.

During the debate, raised by Cathy Jamieson, Labour/Co-op MP for Kilmarnock and Loudoun, Alec Shelbrooke, Conservative MP for Elmet and Rothwell, announced he planned to reconstitute the all-party group on thalidomide.
