Party election manifesto unveils vision for more cross-border cooperation in R&D and higher education

Sinn Féin has promised an “all-Ireland education system” with the aim of strengthening research and development across the island.

In its manifesto, unveiled on 2 December, the party said it was committed to the development of an “all-Ireland economy in which we will build upon existing cooperation and integration of services across the island, in particular in the areas of health, education, transport, agriculture and tourism”.
