Council advises Boris Johnson on science moon-shots

Council for Science and Technology identifies seven central principles to guide formulation of ‘moon-shots’

The Council for Science and Technology has provided advice on creating priority areas for science, known as “moon-shots”.

The prime minister had asked the council, which advises him on science and technology, to provide advice on moon-shots “that could showcase the UK as a science superpower”, in March.
