Report also recommends new entrepreneurship programme for higher education sector
A government commission on UK racial disparities has called for universities to be forced to do more for under-privileged students, including overhauling applications systems and bringing in new schemes for entrepreneurs from minority backgrounds.
In its 31 March report, the Commission on Race and Ethnic Disparities made a slew of research-related recommendations to fix deep-rooted problems such as racial disparities in education achievement and income.
