Western criticises ‘exam-room silence’ on return to campus

Shadow higher education minister questions government’s rationale behind decision to delay face-to-face teaching

Shadow universities minister Matt Western has called for clarity on when students can return to campuses, following the government’s “exam-room silence” on when face-to-face teaching can resume.

In a letter to universities minister Michelle Donelan dated 7 April, the Labour MP for Warwick ad Leamington questioned the rationale for delaying the review of students’ return to universities until after the Easter holidays.
