Salford set to be location of department’s largest office outside of London
The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy is to move 865 roles outside of the south-east—with Salford set to be the location of its largest office outside of London.
A total of 420 roles are moving to Salford (pictured), with a further 325 roles going to Birmingham, 130 to Cardiff, 125 to Darlington, as well as 60 to Belfast and Edinburgh respectively, BEIS announced on 19 May.
