Government offers advice to industry on how to reduce carbon emissions
The UK government has written to the technology and manufacturing sectors urging them to take action to fight climate change ahead of the United Nations’ COP26 climate conference.
In two open letters published on 19 August, the government’s Net Zero Business Champion, Andrew Griffith, said the sectors both had an important role to play in helping the country reach net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
