Adrian Smith: government should press ahead with plan B preparations as researchers are “in limbo”
The UK’s research community “cannot carry on in limbo” as it waits for a decision to be made on association to Horizon Europe, the president of the Royal Society has warned.
So, he has urged the government to press ahead with preparations for a plan B while still negotiating full association.
