Labour reshuffle also sees Lisa Nandy moved to shadow international development role

Labour leader Keir Starmer has named Peter Kyle as the party’s new shadow minister for science, innovation and technology.

Kyle, the MP for Hove and Portslade, who has served as shadow secretary of state for Northern Ireland since 2021, was appointed to the role on 4 September as part of a major reshuffle of the Labour front bench.
