Andrew Griffith co-chairs new group tasked with helping to transform government strategy into reality
UK science minister Andrew Griffith is today hosting the first meeting of an expert group on engineering biology—which is one of five key technologies for the government and is backed with £2 billion in dedicated funds.
The government said that the establishment of the Engineering Biology Steering Group, which is meeting at Imperial College London on 20 May, is a “milestone” in its “ambitious plan to unlock the transformative potential of engineering biology”.
