Prime Minister David Cameron has dismissed a call by five parliamentary committees that international students should be removed from figures on net migration.
Cameron’s response came in a letter to the heads of the House of Commons Business, Innovation and Skills Committee; the House of Commons Home Affairs Committee; the House of Commons Public Accounts Committee; the House of Lords EU Sub-Committee F—Home Affairs, Health and Education; and the House of Lords Science and Technology Committee.
