Labour's Chi Onwurah has been re-appointed to shadow science, innovation and industrial strategy, Research Fortnight has learned.
Jeremy Corbyn began announcing his shadow cabinet on 14 June, after the 8 June general election ended in a hung parliament.
Onwurah, the MP for Newcastle upon Tyne Central, was originally appointed as the minister shadowing Jo Johnson in October 2016. Her brief also includes industrial strategy.
