Chris Skidmore tells MPs he is keen to link the review to “a budgetary process”
The science minister has heavily hinted that a long-awaited review of international collaboration and funding could be linked to the next budget, scheduled for 6 November.
Chris Skidmore was speaking at a House of Commons Science and Technology Committee hearing on 22 October.
