‘If we are not careful, we will miss the target altogether,’ says former science minister

The former science minister, Chris Skidmore, has warned that the government risks missing its R&D investment target unless it makes bold new commitments. 

Skidmore was speaking at the 8 March House of Commons debate on the recent budget.
