Inquiry to seek evidence on lack of transparency and algorithm bias in machine-learning technologies

The House of Commons Science and Technology Committee has launched an inquiry into the governance of artificial intelligence.

As part of the inquiry, MPs will investigate the potential negative impacts of biased algorithms used in AI in both the public and private sectors.
