Chris Skidmore says it is a “huge honour” to chair All-Party Parliamentary Environment Group
Former science and universities minister Chris Skidmore has been announced as the new chair of a cross-parliamentary group aimed at influencing public policy and debate on the environment.
The Conservative MP for Kingswood, who twice served as minister of state for universities, science, research and innovation between December 2018 and February 2020, has replaced Anthony Browne at the helm of the All-Party Parliamentary Environment Group.
