House of Commons committee warns of impact of declining clinical trial activity in UK
The UK’s position as a global leader in vaccine development could be lost if challenges around clinical trials are not addressed, an influential group of MPs has warned.
In a new report, the House of Commons Health and Social Care Committee said it was “deeply concerned” by evidence it had heard on the decline in clinical trial activity and the risk to the UK’s leadership in this area.
