Covid disruption a challenge to university access

       

Scotland’s access commissioner highlights concerns over pandemic and cost-of-living crisis

The disruption caused by the Covid-19 pandemic could mean that socially disadvantaged youngsters miss out on university, Scotland’s Commissioner for Fair Access has said. 

In its fifth annual report, published on 31 May, commissioner Peter Scott highlighted two “areas of concern” relating to higher education access in Scotland.
